Tech Founders NYC took over AOL headquarters today to hear what the young guns of the Big Apple’s tech-startup scene are pitching. Since their avowed mission is to assist in getting startups off the ground, the meet at AOL (770 Broadway, at the sixth floor) brought five entrepreneurs before a panel of programmers who are described in the Tech Founders NYC website as “the toughest audience around.”
During the event, the entrepreneurs sold their big ideas—in five minutes flat—and the panelists critiqued then voted on which were the most viable. Favored startups will get a personnel infusion as a Tech Founders programmer joins their ranks as CTO.
